13 Entry to Courses
Students
should note any course pre-requisites or special conditions for the subjects
they choose. Selecting Your Course

All Year 13 students should
undertake a course of study in 5 subjects. Multi-level study is acceptable.
All students should discuss their course choice with their year level
Dean who must approve their final choices. ·
The
range of subjects available to Year 13 students is wide.
All courses are approved by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and
give students an opportunity to study subjects that interest them. Qualifications

Level 1
It
is an expectation that all senior students will enter for the qualification
offered in each of the subjects they are studying i.e: Unit Standards,
Achievement Standards, Sixth Form Certificate, University Entrance or
University Bursary.
